members and friends located in all fifty United
States and in nearly fifty countries on six continents.
IONS supports a global
network of individuals and groups through our
events, publications, websites, and programs.

ASKED QUESTIONS
If you are already an IONS member and
have questions about your membership, we may have answers
for you below.
When does my membership expire?
Active membership expires after
one year at the end of the month in which you joined. For
example, if you joined May 10, 2007, your active membership
would expire May 31, 2008. In some cases, you may have remaining
time on your previous year of membership, in which case we
apply that in extending you accordingly. If you ever have
any question of your exact date of renewal, just give one
of our Member Services Representatives a call at 877-769-4667
(Monday through Friday, 9am - 5pm Pacific Time).
If you are making your donation on a monthly
basis, your membership does not have an expiration
date. Monthly donors can cancel at any time. Simply send us
an email at this address: membership@noetic.org
(please include the word CANCEL in the subject heading), or
call us anytime at 877-769-4667. (Monday through Friday, 9am
- 5pm Pacific Time).
How do I renew my ANnUAL membership
when it expires?
If you are an annual donor, you will
receive renewal notification during your membership year via
postal mail. You can also renew your
annual membership contribution securely online at any
time.
How can I enhance my membership
and receive more benefits?
Many members have expressed interest
in a deeper investment and involvement with IONS. They wish
to make a commitment to furthering the field of the noetic
sciences, and support IONS’ cutting-edge work into the
future. Circle Program
membership is available to donors who give an annual gift
of $1000 or more. Membership in all Circle levels includes
all of the basic membership benefits with additional benefits
according to level. If you have particular questions regarding
larger donations, please contact Deborah Breitbach at 707-779-8216.
If you are currently an IONS member at the basic level, you
might also be interested in upgrading to a Shift
in Action membership. IONS' Shift in Action
program is centered on the Shift in Action website,
which is a tremendous source of insight, inspiration, and
excitement via teleseminars, CDs, books, video and a host
of interactive web-based tools for connection, communication,
and participation.
How do I submit a change Of
address or update my credit card info?
You can use our online
change of address/ update information form, or call our
member services department, weekdays from 9 am to 5 pm Pacific
Time, Monday through Friday, at 877-769-4667. If you have
seasonal addresses, we can ensure that you receive your magazine
at each residence according to the time of year you are there.
What are Community Groups?
The
IONS Community Group Network, now hosted on our Shift
in Action website, is an integral part of our worldwide community
of people devoted to exploration. It is a vehicle for our
members to meet other IONS members and join in active groups
that discuss and investigate noetic topics of interest, and
initiate relevant local community projects.
