The Institute of Noetic Sciences is the world’s leading research and education nonprofit committed to empowering a global learning community to explore the frontiers of human potential and promote collective well being. Founded by Dr. Edgar Mitchell, Apollo 14 Astronaut and sixth man to walk on the moon, the Institute is committed to turning the same kind of visionary and focused effort that launched Apollo 14 toward solving humanity’s most challenging 21st century concerns. An example of the Institute’s work in action is the Worldview Literacy Signature Program, which researches and creates a youth curriculum on exploring and understanding different worldviews. The Worldview Literacy Program vision is to work toward transforming the model of education in America by creating whole person education, identifying barriers to inclusion of whole person education, and developing strategies with community stakeholders to overcome identified barriers.

Working at the Institute affords employees an opportunity to be part of an exciting and meaningful community conversation focused on shifting old paradigms to new paradigms that foster individual and collective well-being.
